Our Process

IDENTIFY NEEDS AND ADVISOR-CLIENT FIT

Our investment professionals will meet with potential clients to identify their needs, long-term investment goals, and their tolerance for portfolio volatility. The prospective client relays expectations of the relationship and gathers more information about our Firm’s approach to investing and holistic wealth management. WhiteRock Wealth Management will review a potential client’s current investments and examine whether or not the current holdings align with their long term goals, risk tolerance, liquidity and income needs. There is no charge for this initial review and analysis.

IMPLEMENT CLIENT’S PLAN

Before initiating the investment management process, the client receives and authorizes a personalized Memorandum of Understanding outlining the terms of the relationship and how the portfolio (investments) will be managed. The Memorandum also explains management fees, which can be viewed in our ADV Part 2a link.

If the client does not have a broker preference, WhiteRock Wealth Management utilizes TD Ameritrade (TD) for brokerage and custodial services. Account creation and maintenance services are handled by WhiteRock to streamline the process for the client. WhiteRock does not have custody of any client assets and does not receive compensation for using TD Ameritrade.

WhiteRock Wealth Management will discuss the investment recommendations before the initial trade executions. After the initial trade executions, WhiteRock will buy and sell on a discretionary basis.

STATEMENTS

WhiteRock Wealth Management provides clients with in-house custom generated quarterly statements showing positions, estimated annual income, and unrealized gains or losses. TD will send the client trade confirmations, monthly statements, and annual tax documents.

COMMUNICATION AND CONTINUITY

We recommend periodic face-to-face meetings to ensure client portfolios adhere to the investment parameters outlined in the Memorandum of Understanding. Our team is available as often as needed.
